1. About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Manda mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Adexo Ltd ("Adexo", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
2. What Manda is — and is not
Manda is a connection platform. We enable customers ("Customers") to discover and contact independent home service providers ("Providers"). We are not a party to any agreement between a Customer and a Provider, and we do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any Provider.
All services are performed directly between the Customer and the Provider. Manda does not supervise, direct, or control how services are carried out.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used in a manner that may harm the Platform or its users.
5. Provider subscriptions
Providers may access additional Platform features through an optional paid subscription. Terms, pricing and features are presented within the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable store policies. Adexo does not process payment card data directly.
6. No payment processing by Adexo
Manda does not process, hold, or transfer payments between Customers and Providers. Any financial arrangements for services are made directly between the parties. Adexo has no liability in respect of such arrangements.
7. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate information when requesting services
- Treat Providers respectfully and professionally
- Not use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm any person
- Not share contact information for the purpose of circumventing the Platform
8. Provider obligations
- Hold any licences, certifications, or permissions required by applicable law
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill
- Maintain adequate insurance where appropriate
- Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or availability
- Comply with all applicable Mexican laws and regulations
9. Prohibited conduct
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without written permission
10. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Adexo Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of such rights.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adexo is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any services arranged through the Platform, for disputes between Customers and Providers, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
For users in Mexico, your statutory rights under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (LFPC) are not affected by these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
